Contract Type: Minimum 6-month contract with the potential to extend, full-time or part-time hours can be considered
Salary: £25-28k pro rata per annum, depending on experience and HR qualifications

This will be a hybrid role with both home and remote working; however, in the interim, the role will be solely remote in line with the current government Covid-19 guidelines.
We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to support our Rapid Covid-19 community testing and vaccination projects as well as the wider HR team with support on other projects as necessary.
The successful candidate will be the main contact for managers and staff relating to HR policies, working practices and HR procedures such as employee relations, performance management, long term staff absences, complaints, and disciplinary cases, ensuring that procedures are followed in line with regulatory procedures and company policy.
We are growing, and you will help to manage the recruitment process in line with company policy, including advertising, shortlisting and interview coordination, ensuring that application process and records are maintained.
HR data is key to professionalism so regular checking data systems to ensure that induction, onboarding procedures and staff are compliant with their mandatory training.
Continuous improvement is vital to the running of our busy team. The successful candidate will be able to recommend and implement any improvements for greater efficiency or effectiveness.
We will, as a Strategic HR team, participate in various projects and you will support the HR Manager on these projects as and when required. To complete any other HR related tasks as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best practices. In addition, the ability to respond to change with a cheerful outlook and demonstrate their adaptability and flexibility to changing processes in a high-speed working environment with energy and enthusiasm, be self-sufficient and confident working on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.

Have achieved or be working towards a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
